Everything seems neat and tidy in this photo and it is difficult to find anything that the TIA might object to, excepting the possible location of the coal pockets and monument works, now replaced by a car radio installation and repair establishment. The old Broad Street single-track street car line to Bay Avenue is also in evidence.
